Hello PBBINGO. We are sorry to hear of this experience. Wearable parts only carry a 90-day warranty from the time of purchase. A pressure washer hose can break due to various reasons, including improper handling, high pressure, or kinks in the hose. This part is considered a wearable item and normally not covered under the warranty. However, we will gladly take a closer look into this issue with you. Please contact us directly through Live chat on Greenworks page (www.greenworkstools.com) or call 1-888-909-6757. We would like the opportunity to speak with you in greater detail to see how we can help. GreenworksTools

Hello AAbe - Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The Greenworks 1900 PSI Greenworks GPW1900 pressure washer is perfect for light- to medium-duty clean-up of windows, vehicles, grills, patio furniture and decking. Being on of the the smaller pressure washer in the Greenworks platform, it does have its limits. There are other bigger models that are prepared to handle the bigger clean up jobs. We hope you find something that works well for your needs. If there is anything we can do to help improve your experience, please let us know! GreenworksTools

Hello HongdaotL. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. Greenworks 1900-PSI electric pressure washer helps eliminate dirt and grime with its 13-amp universal motor that produces 1.2 GPM of exceptional cleaning power. The higher the PSO on a Pressure Washer, the more power you will receive and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher voltage does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job. Should you have any questions or warranty needs, please contact us directly through chatbot on Greenworks Tools website that will direct you to a Live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We are here to help. GreenworksTools

Hello Wharghoul - We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact us by chatbot through the customer contact page located on our website or call Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you. GreenworksTools

Hello AustinB - Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
A high-pressure hose needs replacement every few seasons, sometimes more, depending on frequency of use and how much it wears. Parts such as hoes, nozzles, gun handle, and gun wand, will need to be replacement when worn; these parts are considered wear and tear and not covered under warranty.
We hope you find this information helpful and thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions, or warranty needs please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com or call Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). GreenworksTools
