Still a waste if my time since i have to go return it. If they can miss screws from multiple seperately packages screw bags in my order, then they can miss it in yours.

Missing screw holes, extremely low quality

Many of the screw holes aren't even drilled out. This is a total piece of garbage; I'm likely not going to shop at BB anymore after this. They can't be trusted.

Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. There was just a small stream coming out so I returned the washer. the gun holder was so flimsy and gun kept falling off. cheap plastic.

Greenworks Pressure Washer Well Worth the Money

Only things I might change on the washer is the gun hanging bracket could be modified to hold better. And i with they had used a standard quick connect between the gun and extension, so the tips could be used with the gun w/out the extension wand. But I love everything else. Very quiet, very powerful, shuts off when not pulling trigger, and has standard pressure hose connections.

We used this to pressure wash our concrete driveway and patio. It was very easy to set up and use. I just wish it had a bit more power. It did the job but I felt like I had to get really close to the concrete to get it good and clean. It ended up taking a long time to finish my driveway but did the job and looks nice. I’m not an expert on pressure washers, but I’d imagine one with a little higher PSI would have done the job a bit faster as I could shoot from a little farther away and have a wider path. But overall we were pleased with the value and ease of use.

I am happy with the pressure it delivers, and those special spray nozzles are excellent. Easily moves around with its large wheels. Plenty of electrical cord with a safety shutoff circuit. Excellent machine at a super price from BestBuy.

Soap dispenser is an added plus . Even though gas models have more power the ease of starting and using with this unit far out weighs anything else.

Save the cost of labor and cost of a contractor to charge their rste. Its a great savings to own your own green works pressure washer. By the way it also easy to store away on every season. Love it that why I bought it at best buy for the best price.
