    Refurbished with defective battery

    I returned this machine because the two batteries that came with it were defective. I had to put it back in the box, and it was heavy. Good thing I got a replacement without a problem.

    Mine arrive cut and missing parts. I had to bring it back to the store which was a bit of a chore. This was a very negative experience and I would not recommend it.

    Battery was missing in the machine but they said it was past 15 days I could not ask for a resolution or refund.unfortunately I checked too late it was missing I checked .Now need to save money to buy batteries.

    Refurbished generally means to new condition, not in this case. Please do not purchase if you want the battery to last for more than even a tiny lawn like mine. They must have tried to recondition the battery because it has RC carved into it.

    Both battery is also used my both battery stop working after 6 weeks and new battery price is 229 dollar plz dont buy refurbished

      To charge the battery, first place battery on charger and make sure you connect the battery to the charger, you will hear an audible click or snap sound. Second, once the battery is secure, a green flashing light will indicate that the battery is charging. A solid green light indicates that the battery is fully charged. We would suggest, removing the battery pack and unplug the charger. Wait 1 minute and plug the charger back in and reinsert the battery pack. If this does not yield results, our team would be happy to investigate your warranty options.     80 volt battery doesn't work, mower handles missing bolts and nuts. The additional battery used to start the E mower.
