This charger (my second one) died after 2 weeks of use.

Took this on a road trip and it burnt out on one use

Worked with my phone for a month and then stopped working

It's a phone charger for a car what else might can I say

This charger looks cheap and is cheap. I returned it within a few days. It's clunky and I felt like it wouldn't last long I am not getting a really cool retractable one that charges much faster.

Over all product is ok. Same as other brands used before. Time will tell on longevity and service. Jury is still out for final evaluation. .

This power cord only last for a couple weeks before the wires started to expose. From there it would not charge my phone but just stop working completely. The light is still on so the wire must of got damage

By the time Best Buy contacted me to provide a review on this "recent purchase", I'd already had to replace it. It stopped working within 2 weeks of purchasing it. Not a good buy.

I bought this cause I needed a good car charger. Worked great for first month then just stopped working. No visible damage not sure what's wrong with it.

I paid a lot for this charger but thought it was better quality. One month later it no longer works. Very disappointed. I won't buy this brand again.

Complete waste of money. Bought for trip to charge my iphone and it did not work at all.

Unfortunately after a couple of weeks it stopped working....I need to take it back....

After about 5 seconds plugged into the car lighter, I get a non-compatible/not charging error.

The price was fine, if it worked. I am going to return the product for a refund.

This charger works great on my Apple 5c. I primarily use it on long car trips, when I use the Maps App that eats up the battery quickly. I don't use it around town at all, so I can't comment on how quickly it charges, but I always end up with a full battery by the time I get to where I'm going. Exactly what I needed it for.

Such low reviews for this charger doesn't seem right. I'd be upset too if a case forced this to not fit. I don't use a case with mine and it fits perfectly. But my wife uses a Luvvitt case and the charger fits perfectly fine. That's a slimmer case than others, so that's probably why we don't have a problem with its fit with my wife's phone. But other than that, what's not to like about it? It charges fast, and is compact because it's coiled. Trust me, if it's not coiled, then you'll have a ton of excess cord that's all over the place. We still have our older Griffin cord for the previous-gen iPhones and that thing was a rockstar.

I was somewhat nervous to purchase this product given the prior review that it didn't fit with a case on the phone. That being said, there aren't many options out there for the iphone 5 in a car charger. I have my phone in the Otterbox Commuter series (also available at BestBuy) and have had zero trouble with it. Easily makes the connection through the Otterbox just like the standard iphone plug. If you have the Otterbox, Commuter series at least as I can't speak to the other models, rest assured this product will work with your Iphone 5. Have had the charger about a month and is holding up perfectly.

There isn't a lot that can be said about a car charger. It gives my phone juice on the go.

The product does the job and it doesn't feel cheaply made; it feels solid in your hand. I like the low profile and the fact that the base of the charger plug glows to make it easier to see (rather than just a small LED#. I got this for my iPhone 5 which has a thin #1mm) ZAGG case. The opening around the port was large enough to allow the use of the included USB cable and thought it would be wide enough for this charger - it wasn't. I did make it work, however, by shaving some of the ZAGG case with a sharp blade. I made it wide enough for the plug and other connectors to work. So keep that in mind if you have a case on your device.

This is a great Iphone car charger. It charges a lot faster than my older charger.
