This charger works well in the car to charge my kids devises!

no complaints here. It does the job for a decent price.

The cable is too stiff and not long enough but it charges my phone quickly

I've had this charger for less than two years and it has recently stopped working. I treat it gently and don't use it that often so I was surprised it didn't last longer. My biggest issue though is it's only 2 feet of coiled length. The coils never stretch out over time so it's SUPER tight and doesn't stretch far at all. I can't talk on the phone with it plugged in because the coil is too tight and pulls so hard on the phone back to the cigarette lighter. I'll never buy one this short again.

Bought this in Jan .... its March 6 and its died already, won't charge a thing.

Vehicle charger appeared to be well constructed. Curly cord is a bit stiff, but it does keep the car console neat and tidy. Would have been nice if the ring light would change color when a device is drawing current like some car chargers do. Everything was fine... until the charge cable quit working within 2 months of use. No damage to the cable. The ring lights, but does not supply charge to the phone. This one is going back to BB.

Griffin makes great products. Unfortunately, the greatness of this product is overshadowed by the fact it doesn't work with most cases. As the reviewer stated below, the lightning connecter isn't like the one on the end of your sync cable. It's larger and because of that it won't fit most cases. Good news though...the Rocket Fish brand (Best Buy's brand) though lower in quality does work perfectly and uses the same specs as the lighting connector on your sync cable.

this is a nice charger but my only gripes are that the lightning connector ( where the wire meets the plastic lightning part) seems to be flimsy and wears over time exposing the wire under the plastic cord part. also the cord isnt as stretchy and i find myself pulling it to loosen the tightness of the cord.

Purchased this charger in February and it's broke already. Sigh.

i bought this to charge my iPhone 5 while on the road..it works well so far

This worked great for my 5S...for about 4 months now it only says "device not supported". The cord also seems super short. Complete waste of money and not worth it!

This was great, for a little while. It never left my car. Today it stopped working because the plastic insulator at the lightning cable end of the cord detached, revealing copper and red wire. Heck, I hadn't even used it for several months because it disappeared in my glove compartment. All they had to do was reinforce it instead of leaving it with flimsy short-lived design, and I wouldn't be out of 25 dollars. Best Buy could do nothing as the time had taken too long. Stay away from this unless you enjoy buying a new one 2 or 3 times a year.

This charger looks promising but If u have a case that cover's the bottom this will not fit. Had to return for that reason. I have spigen neo hybrid.

I initially thought this was a good buy. Picked this up in the store without the benefit of reading the reviews. Unfortunately my charger also mysteriously stopped working after about 9 months.

I have had my Griffen car charger and in less than 7 weeks it has stopped working. This is my second Griffen car charger and my LAST. The first one started falling apart after about 5 months of use. Funny thing is I dont even use it that much in my car. I will NEVER buy another Griffen product

Bought this after I got my new iPhone 5 earlier this year and it just suddenly stopped working. Well, it'll work sometimes, IF I spend 5-10 minutes plugging and unplugging it...but since I never know, I'm not willing to waste any more time on this piece of junk. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.

I have had four Griffin Technology chargers with eight months and they have all did the same thing. All four stopped working after a few months. The young man at the customer service number is great. He will replaced the non working charger with a new charger that will only work for a few months.

The first time I bought this, it lasted about 2 months. I called Griffin and they gave me a new one under warranty,. The new one just died after 3 months of use. Unlike the other reviewer here, my cord is still intact.
