The case is made of soft rubber to be able to push the buttons on the side of the Ipod which are covered. It protects the Ipod well however it covers the buttons so I have to push the case to the side to find the buttons.

The case protects the iPod just fine. The problem I have with this case is the material sticks to everything. If I have it in my pocket I end up pulling everything else out of my pocket when I take it out.

It's a good case wish it would protect the camera more.

Case protects your I pod but is a magnet for lint.

It is a nice case for my granddaughter’s iPod. It was not very expensive and gave us a peace of mind for that added protection.

This item is very easy to use. Just slip it on over your Ipod and there you have it. Works great.

I bought this for my daughter’s iPod touch and a screen protector since she’s more careful and didn’t need something as rugged as an otter box or life proof.

Gave this to an 8 year old and it did save one fall but its warping around the screen and looks like a loose fit. Going to purchase a hard case, so that means this one is not good enough.

This is my third ahd last IPOD i'll ever buy!! No manual comes with it I had to go to youtube to figure out how to transfer songs from my computer to it SYNC doesn't work. Tha apple web site info is helpless.

Nothing special, got it as gift and returned it. Sure I can find something with a little more character without sacrificing sturdiness and probably the same price or cheaper.

IPod protective case is soft and durable. It protects the IPod and yet it is slim fitting.

Just bought this case today and it feels great. One of the reasons I chose this case was because its rubberized which will absorb shock from falls better. I like how it fits nice and tight around my iPod. Wishes it came in more colors but it goes cool with my black iPod and white earphones. I will agree with one of the other reviews about the strap not fitting well in the back but honestly I wonder how many people will use that strap. I doubt I'll see anyone with that thing hanging in there while riding in the train or bus or carrying it around to take it out when taking a pic. It's a cool feature but as for me I won't be using it so it won't bother me with this case. To the other person complaining about not being able to touch the outer edges of the screen..... If you are going to cover your device with a case it has to hug around the outer edges of your device, and as am writing this review I will state that the case does not interfere with the page as I can still see a black section of the iPod screen in between the web page and the griffin case so I don't understand his complaint. Also, I don't know any cases out there for any iPod generation that covers the audio jack, speaker??? Really? And the data connector. Maybe the ones on eBay. It will be cool but not necessary for speaker or audio jack. Overall am very happy with my purchase but would have liked to have more color options. The weight that the case adds to this very light iPod is just perfect. Even with it on its still lighter than the the 4th gen iPod touch. Oh, the price is kinda high too but hey, it just came out so I don't expect them to be lowered unless you get yours through another online store.

This case was a fair price (not great) but it is a good sturdy case. I think all the cases are overpriced but they are necessary especially with kids that often drop the Ipods.

Just what I needed for my iPod. I use my device everyday and the case is still intact, no cracks or tears.
