The protective screen would get dirty very easily and not come clean. Button came off and very confusing to put on the case.

Could not access sides of screen unless you put so much pressure on it that it felt like it would break your iPod. Would not buy again.

(Do they get a bonus commission for selling that product?) However, it made using the screen difficult. It is not very well designed. My son hated it. We returned it and got an Otter case over the Internet since Best Buy didn't carry it. (They do have Otter cases for the iPhone.) The Otter case is great!
