Customers are enthusiastic about the Black/Blue Survivor All-Terrain iPad case's excellent protection and secure fit. Many appreciate its ease of use and the grippy feel, while some find the weight and lack of a screen protector to be drawbacks. The case's sturdiness is frequently praised, although opinions vary on the quality of the stand and the overall price.

Overall, it is a great product. Easy to install and easy to manage. A bit heavy and the plastic screen cover will give you some glare, but really nothing if you want protection for your iPad.

Great from famage protection especially accidental drop etc. Especially if kids will be using the Ipad like in my case. But a little heavy. screen cover feels poor quality. But overall good product and serves its purpose!

Very good product if your looking for a strong way to protect an expensive investment and extend the lifespan of the ipad. It is easy to assemble and provides good strong cover that enables the ipad to be taken almost anywhere with minimal risk to damaging the product. Very good investmetn from a company that makes some of the best protective cases for the iphone.

Protected my ipad during relief work in Nepal. I needed to document the destruction and our relief efforts following the 7.8 earthquake. I couldn't count number of times I dropped my iPad on rubble or got wet in a downpour. The Survivor case saved the day.

Purchased my first iPad and decided on the Survivor Case initially due to the on-sale price. Ran into a little difficulty installing it but after few minutes, I had it installed. It's a snug fit around the iPad and has a comfortable feel when holding it. iPad buttons are easily accessible and the rear camera is easily accessible and easily concealed when not in use. One issue I've encountered so far is a little bit of distortion that can be seen and looks like something may be on the inside of the screen protector but expect that anything with a protective type screen will also have this issue.

Bought for my 11 year old son. It has protected his ipad from the shock of being dropped, from being rained on , and from his curious dog. Sometimes he has problems opening the protective rubber over the headphone input and charging port.

It was a little hard to put on but once its on I know my iPad is safe. My kids drop it and bang it around and no problems. You have to make sure your charger is completely plugged in or the case might keep it from completely charging. (It might just be mine we are having a battery issue).

This case is very thick and strong, which is why it weighs so much. I added an additional screen protector that causes a bubbly look to some of it, but it functions good enough. All ports or connections have a cover flap, they are a little difficult to open, but I guess that's why they can claim the cases effectiveness. The only qualm I have with the included stand is that when placed in horizontal position, make sure you don't put it on the volume side as it tends to press down on the 'lower-volume' button. Overall great case!

Was needing protection for an ipad which is carried in a backpack. This fits the bill perfectly. I can also use the ipad outside or in the kitchen without worry about water or dust and dirt. It is a little bit difficult to get on the first time, but it is supposed to fit tightly, so that is to be expected.

This is a good durable case. I'm not worried about my kids dropping iPad with this case. I'm not as pleased with the detachable kick stand that comes with it. I wish it was easier to use.

Opted for this case over the OtterBox because it offers the same features at a cheaper price. I have no complaints about the quality, and in my experience, Griffin always delivers on their products. This case fit perfectly and protects the ipad well!

We have lots of small grand-kids and they always fight over our iPad. We had a mishap once, since we had it fixed, the first thing we did was buy the Survivor Case. The only features that we don't really care for are as follows:
To make use of the camera feature on the iPad, we now have to move part of the case out of the way and worse than that, the screen protector gives the iPad a wet appearance that's kind of annoying. Other than that, we love the protection!!

They have really got better at making these cases. The plastic with rubber outline makes it nice and protective. But the main thing is that I can see the screen without tons of burry finger marks. Crystal clear screen! The old version was always burry.

Purchased this case for an Ipad 2 so that my 9 year old son could use the Ipad without worry. He takes it everywhere and we are confident that it is protected. Easy to use and rugged!

This is a very strong and durable iPad case. While it is a little bulky, it provides the ultimate protection for the device. I have dropped my iPad many times and it has never been damaged. It is the only case I would buy.

My iPad has actually taken 2 unintentional rides down the stairs in this case and neither the case or the iPad shows any sign of distress. My kids have been using theses with the iPads for a while now and I would highly recommend these to anybody.

Solid construction, but heavy.

Very solid construction, but it makes the iPad quite a bit heavier... which I personally like. It provides the user more to hold on to, and feels as though it will protect it from most casual impacts. The screen has a thin layer of protection, too, which is great for dust and light rain. However, the screen would provide little protection from anything striking the front surface of the iPad. It would be nice if there was something that snapped onto the front of the case to protect the screen when not in use. Over all, it's worth the money if you plan to use the device in adverse conditions.

I now have two of these cases for the iPads the children use and they are great. Kids can still access the buttons easily but cannot get their slop stuck in them. They keep the iPad safe even when being accidentally dropped. Great case

Overall, this is a good Griffin Survivor case, but I am disappointed in the fact that the screen protector got scratched the first week. The actual iPad screen isn't damaged, but this brand new $80 case is already scratched and marked up. Other than that though....this case is solid, feels good to hold, has a decent (but not wonderful) built-in stand, and protects the iPad like it says it will. 8/10 is my rating. Thanks for reading!
