I purchased this for my son's Ipad and it is worth the money.

A product is only great if it does what it claims. Have had product for at least 2 yrs. Recently dropped my iPad on ground on its corner which is the thickest part of this Griffin cover and the consequence was spider web cracks across the screen from point of impact. So much for the "Survivor" brand. It has survived my child's hands, but it won't survive a drop to the ground...obviously. This product does not run cheap, either. But, just know it's claim is not 100%. Off to the Apple Store to hope for a magical screen repair. $$$$$ UGH.000!

This iPad cover is so reliable; I love it so much!

Wow. Its not often I run into complete junk. I took out my brand new iPad (3), opened this case holder and tried to put it on. Fit and finish sucked. It wouldn't fully clip together around the charging port. The silicone cover didn't fit at ALL. The silicone cover wouldn't fit fully around the edges, the button wouldn't push the iPads button, and was a real disappointment. It lived about 15 minutes out of its box before promptly getting returned. And otter box is now on order, and based on previous experience, I won't be disappointed I use this iPad almost strictly for business in a rough environment . As a business owner as well, I can't afford to monkey around with junk and/or waste my time and money.

I bought this item because it was thinner then a case my employeer uses, and seemed to suggest better protection...as the "Military" marketing suggested. However, I could not even get it onto my iPad 2. The screen protector portion would not stay put. I could get one side one, but could not get the other side on. So I tried the reverse, and had the same problem. It just doesn't fit, don't bother.

This is a good cover for normal daily use. I bought this to send overseas to my husband who was deployed. It was hard to get on and within a week one of the removable covers for the camera had fallen off and was lost. I was told that this was a great cover to protect against sand. It didn't. To say the least we were disappointed. Before his next deployement we will spend the money to get a lifeproof case because those do work, they are more expensive but they deliver.

This is very durable for the iPad it's kinda separating on the edges and I have only had it a few weeks now.

Do not use the stand while you have it charging. Mine fell off the night stand and broke the charger port. Griffin could not do anything about it as it was not "defective" and it was only my opinion that it was a poor design for the stand. Thanks goodness I had the protection plan on the Ipad. No more Griffin products from me...

Poor design on the flaps, I was videoing a wedding and the lens flap kept shutting.

the IPAD 3 gets pretty hot and screen dosn't iook good with the screen cover.

this produdct is difficult to install and not practical...you get what you pay for and I returned it for an Apple otter boxi ipad case....its like day and night....when will I ever learn...lol

I returned this item, the case was okay, it just was not what I wanted.

Not worth the money. Had to remove screen cover. Stand doesn't work well without it and speaker cover fell off on 2nd day.

I returned this case for the iPad2 because it was too bulky and heavy. The touch screen did not have a natural feel to it. I would not recommend this case to anyone.

Exchanged this item @ Best Buy for the iPad "Smart Cover" which works well, is more compact and has a lid which covers the screen when closed. It was recommended by a BB sales rep who uses the same.

I was totally disappointed with this case for the Ipad as once on there was no way to allow for charging the Ipad. For $80.00 not a good buy.

Purchased with iPad based on staff recommendation. Returned later the same day as it was too bulky and you lost the "feel" of the iPad.

Just a month old now, the Griffin cover for the ipad2 is falling apart the plastic cover is bubbling, and the slot where the charger goes is breaking apart. I called Griffin, and all they can do is send me a replacement, BUT ONLY if I returned my current unit, and the wait is about 3 weeks. 3 weeks without the heavy duty cover defeats the purpose of having an expensive heavy-duty cover like this!!

I recently removed my cover, only to discover my iPad3, was NOT protected and the corner was cracked. This was supposed to be "protecting" up to 6 feet onto concrete. I have never dropped it, much less dropped it from 6 feet high onto concrete. VERY DISAPPOINTING as I now have a broken iPad.

The case constantly gets big particles under the protective screen cover. There is no way it keeps sand/dust out as the package suggests.
