The case over stretches on the edges after a little while. It works when first purchased but, it’s not durable.

Ringer/vibrate button does not stay in position moves to easy Volume button to hard to push Home button to works poorly

I like the case but a lot of my call can’t hear me and I had to take it off.

I found people could not hear me when I talked into phone. Poor case design.

Another new iPhone so another Griffin Survivor case. I still have all of my prior iPhones because nothing gets broken in a Griffin case. The 4S version was indestructible, and the 6 Plus version was also well cushioned. The current version doesn't look as formidable as the prior versions but it looks sturdy enough to withstand a 10 foot fall. As with the prior versions you have to punch out the insert which is over the ear hole or you won't hear anyone but it is made to be punched out. The phone fits once you master putting it in the case, and the buttons work. I would have preferred the more bulky type in the prior versions but i understand Griffin has to compete with the non-military spec cases out there which look good but don't do anything. I don't care what it looks like as long as it goes in my pocket and protects the phone from being run over and blow torches.

The outer case was too hard to put on so I took it back and just purchased an otter box which was much better

Love the color. Did not like the screen on front. It is hard to text if you need a letter by the edges

Good color. Good quality. Not good to type or to slide. Hard to take the phone from the case.

These cases to me aren’t of top quality I’ll will stick to other brands.

To bulky. Does not fit and your back pocket. Hard to put on.

No one could hear me so I returned it don't waste your money

It’s an ok case. Didn’t seem to fit the iPhone 8 all that well. Returned for refund

Difficult to open up in order to put phone in it. Once the phone was placed the touch screen intermittently worked & the finger print function could not be recognized. The phone buttons on the side would not work. Could not use the on/off function. Could not get the phone out if the case to return it!!! It was awful!!!

Good case but broke 2 weeks after bought. When dropped from less the. 3 ft high

Though I was getting a cute, kind of aqua colored, slim case... NOPE

Bought this a little over a week ago hoping for a dust proof replacement for the Otter Box Defender and found this huge heap. Not only does dust and dirt infilitrate the case but most of the rubber "protection" has come off. Highly disappointed and will never buy another Survivor case.

Not only the product didn’t meet my expectations but i called customer service and told them the product may be defective and they told me just to clean my phone once in a while because there will be problems on all cases customer service will not even get a star
