Bought this on sale, was a really good deal. I thought I was getting a bargain but instead I get a case that covers up the speaker phone mic. Very inconvenient since this is most of the way I talk on the phone. Will be buying a different case!!

Case is very thin and flimsy. Very hard to slid top visor off case to place phone inside, hard to align and slide back on. Dirt still gets inside and on the phone. The mute botton is easily switched to the wrong position.

I purchased a new iPhone and needed a new case. I used the case for about two hours and had to take it off of my phone. The volume buttons would not work. I tried adjusting it several times and it did not help.

Had my phone on my belt and rubbed against my truck and clip broke. Phone fell on my driveway but didn't break. This was 19 days after purchase so I could not return it to Best Buy.

I had to return it because it does not work properly with the phone. Best Buy let me return the item with no problem just disappointed that it didn't work properly with the phone.

I tried this when I first got my phone traded it back in before I left the store. Very hard to line up and close. The employee tried to could not get it to work.

Broke quickly they replaced. Broke again they replaced again. So the Warrenty on it is awesome. Just a pain to keep having to call.

Although I really liked the fact that this phone case was very durable I found the side switch did not work on my iPhone 8 Plus! Returned it...

Bad design, has a cover over the speakerphone mic that muffles and cuts out your voice so you are unbearable. Returned item after a few days

I will return this item. The case design is bad. One can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear you. It only works with Bluetooth

Product was very disappointing. Used only about 2 weeks and case broke. I threw it away after purchasing another one.

The screen cover quality is poor and the touch pad cover ripped anger only a couple of week. Very disappointed for the price.

Hard to be heard by others on phone many times told I could not be heard. Water proof keeps people from hearing u talk!

I definitely would not buy this case again. Just did not stand up to what it said it could do!

This was not a good case for the money. Five and below has better cases.

Broke way to easy kid dropped phone and it didn’t protect

Case hard to put on and off. Fell apart after about a month

The side button does not work that well. Will be returning item

To bulky. Does not fit and your back pocket. Hard to put on.
