It fits perfectly and has a nice "gripping touch" to it. I'm giving it 4 stars not five because the plug in access for the sound jack and the charging jack have a bit more exact line up for connection spacing issues. But it still works fine and it's not a deal breaker for me. I just have to take an extra 3 seconds to line the plugs properly.
