Stays on great....when not in use.

Does great on reducing glare when sitting in a dark room. It's a purpleish color, if you're into that sort of thing. Great case for the money though....if I'd paid far less than I did. Look. Got this for my 6 year old daughter's iPad. Should've held out another month for the release of the MUCH SUPERIOR Otter Box.
