    So not worth it..

This was a terrible case! The person I asked said it would be good and just what I wanted but it was so far from what I wanted! The case was very hard to get on and off. But the screen protector didn't form to the actual screen. There were huge ripples in the plastic and I had to mash down hard to make contact with the screen. So I returned it.

The screen protector does not fit against the screen, the rubber is impossible to get back on, and I cant get my iPad out of this cheaply made piece of garbage. Do yourself a favor and wait for Otterbox to release one. DO NOT let anyone talk you into buying this case. You will be sorry. I know I am!!!

I dispiase this thing! The built in screen saver is the WORST its not tight on the plastic frame so it has ripples/waves in it. Will be returning it. It was easy to get off, I have seen many reviews where people have struggled to get it off. YouTube has a video by Griffin on how to remove it.

    Could be better made!

Not what I expected, it is nice looking but front panel and rubber feels really cheap! Also it is hard to put the iPad in since you have to press hard not to mention the taking out is even harder and feels like your going to break or damage your device. The front panel is very thin I don't think it would stay on if you dropped it from the 2 meter or even a meter the reason I say this is because it doesn't feel like the clips that hold it down are strong enough. Last, the screen it comes with forms a bubble at the top right below the camera hole and you have to press harder on that part so it can pick up your gesture and it feels really heavy with the case also.

    Awful! Do not recommend

We had the Griffin Survivor All Terrain for our iPad Air, so when we got our iPad Air 2, we went with Griffin again. However, all Best Buy carried for the Air 2 was the slim. We tried it anyway. We only had it a week and the silicone jacket would not stay on. It would come off so easily but it was the biggest pain in the rear to try and get it back on. We have 3 boys and really need a good case to keep the iPad safe, but this was not it. The silicone jacket would come off just while I was sitting there using it, so it wasn't that the boys were rough with it. It was just annoying and it wouldn't stay in its designed notches. We returned it and switched to the Otterbox.

I boight the iPad Air 2 for my family for Christmas and am so disappointed that this case does not fit properly. I have to tell my family we cannot use the iPad because it is not protected. The screen protector does not fit snugly! Do not waste your money

This case is terrible!!! I would not recommend it. When I was at school I noticed in the corner I saw a semicircle. I thought it was just a scratch. But I took it off and saw the corner of my brand new iPad air 2 was cracked!!! I really hope I can get a refund for my case so I can pay for the damages!!!

    Worst iPad case EVER!!!

I purchased this case since it was the only case similar to the Otterbox being that Otterbox has not released the Air 2 case yet. Installing the case was a pain(took at least 20-30 mins), once installed the screen cover would constantly bubble & have slack on it. After 2 weeks I decided to remove the case, return it, & just wait until OtterBox released their Air 2 case. Removing the case took AT LEAST 45 minutes & was more of a pain that installing it. The removal instructions should not say "pry your iPad from the case". Who wants to pry & risk breaking their new device just from removing it from a case. For $89 this case is totally overpriced & poorly built. I would rather box my iPad up & not use it until a better case (OtterBox) comes out...And this is exactly what I have done.... 2 THUMBS DOWN GRIFFIN...Go back to the drawing board on this one....

    Poor Quality Case

Speaking only to this iPad Air 2 case, there is significant space between the screen protector and the iPad screen. The screen protector definitely wasn't sized properly in production. In addition, the silicone jacket that covers the back of the case is loose fitting and consistently comes off as well. It's a poor quality case and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

    Horrible case

I got this case with my iPad air 2 for Christmas. I had difficulty putting it on, and it was even worse getting it off. I had to take my device with partial cover to my local store, where it took two sales associates to remove it. I exchanged it for an apple case.

    Horrible Product

This product falls short of the Griffin name. It is extraordinarily difficult to install on your new iPad. In fact, it feels as though you may break it just trying to get it in. The silicon edging is difficult to insert in the surrounding groves and easily pulls out/back when in use. Also, the screen cover bubbles. it feels flimsy and in no way enhances my belief regarding the drop protection it should provide. I would give this zero stars if I could.

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you had installing that case! Here's an instructional video for installing Survivor All-Terrain onto your iPad: http://youtu.be/PBpmbIOg46g (the model shown is the original iPad Air, but it shouldn't be significantly different for iPad Air 2).

If you're still having trouble installing that case, please get in touch with our Support Team and we'll see if we can help. You can reach them here: http://grff.in/support

    Finger sensor does not work

Just bought this for iPad air 2, and the fingerprint sensor that works without the case no longer works. I deleted the finger print and tried to re-register fingers with the case on and the finger will not even get through the registration process. Do not buy this case if you have any desire to use finger print log on. If you are fine with passcode log in only then the case is good.
