Therefore it makes it hard to interact with the iPad Air 2. It's as if it is warped or there is an air bubble. I'll keep it for now until more choices come out.

However, upon opening, we found it to be a poor fit, the front cover didn't allow for the fingerprint verification feature, and it was overall "clunky." Definitely NOT worth the price!! Returning ASAP and exchanging for a Speck model.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you had with that case! If the model you had did not allow for Touch ID, then it's likely that it was made for the original iPad Air, not the iPad Air 2. That would explain the fit issues you had as well, since the iPad Air is slightly larger than the iPad Air 2. I'd recommend exchanging that case for one that you've confirmed is compatible with iPad Air 2. That should take care of those issues.
