Do not buy.

Not a great case from Griffin

His old one had gotten covered in ice-cream and just was time to be replaced. I got this one because it looked like the closest replacement and i liked how great the last case protected his iPad. This case might still be good for protection but i never found out because the design of it is awful! The rubber/silicone protective cover keeps peeling out of the hard case... so then you have to remove the ipad and press a series of rubber pieces through tiny holes in the hard case to get it to stay again... until 5 minutes later and it is falling off again... this $60 case is going to the garbage and i bought one for super cheap that works way better

Horrible- Not Kid Friendly

Not from throwing or doing anything that should cause damage.. Just normal use. The gel outer shell split and then the stand malfunctioned and eventually wouldn't go back into place. I will never buy again.. It was a waste of $60 +
