What outside matters.

We were making a purchase of an iPod, because it was replacing a unit that was purchased without a case. One drop and the unit was unreadable. Never purchase a high dollar unit without a protection case. Go for safe - not looks.

The iPod is used by a child and has been dropped and bumped multiple times with no damage. Super cute color too. Textured feel also provides a better grip to keep it from easily sliding out of your hand. Not too bulky.

Great case for kids

It's made of rubber so it won't slip. The rubber also protects against falls. The description says slim, it's a bit bulky for my taste, but for my kid it's great. The cut outs are in the perfect places and don't interfere with the functions. For my purpose it was perfect.
