    I use this band to run with my iPod nano and it works great. The elastic band is strong and does not slip on my arm while running. The longest run I've tried it out on is a 7 mile run

    Fits ipod perfectly but is tight if you have larger or muscular arms. Also hard to plug in accessories at first and needs to be stretched out a bit. However once you work thst out it is perfect.

    This was a great buy- cheap in price, but not in quality. Very sleek fit, so it can be worn under a sleeve. I especially love that it has a built-in screen protector for the touch screen.

    i love the fact that its one piece, no straps or velcro. sometimes i put it on my forearm, sometimes on my upper arm, and sometimes the whole thing goes in my pocket

    Great for running. It keeps the iPod in place when you are moving. Only issue is trying change tunes through plastic.

    great armband! had one for my iphone but it ripped. so i was careful in choosing one for my ipod that wouldnt rip and this one is really durable and great
