comfortable fit

It's not a bad arm band, but I think it was meant for smaller-skinner people. The arm band is a little snug at it's capacity. So if your intent in working out is increasing your arm size, this may not be the arm band for you.

I bought another brand which was half the price and got what I paid for- the arm strap ripped within a couple months. This has a durable strap which has held together nice during workouts.

Good Ipod holder

My only complaint is the size of the arm band. I am no giant by any means yet this barely fits me, therefore all the adjustments are for not.
