I spent $24.00 it and it was a waist.

The pocket is to tight to fit my phone in with the case that is on it, it is am inconvenience to take the case off all the time. So I went out and bought a cheaper one, and the pocket size worked perfect.

It's easy to put the iPod inside it and the touchscreen still works just fine. The armband doesn't come loose when running and is easy enough to adjust. I had a hard time removing the iPod, make sure there isn't any fingerprints or moisture in the iPod before putting it in.

Perfect for exercising

This band is perfect and can be used for any outdoor activity, especially running. It does not slide down my arm and is not overly constrictive. There's a clear outer cover that protects the screen but still allows me to use the touch features.
