Very, very not leading

Most things in this series cannot be foreseen. For instance, this series came with an ultraviolet code. After leaving an email message every day for one week I finally received a response stating we are sorry sir but there is no way to watch this series on iTunes. You must use ultraviolet. Therefore, minus two stars. Had I received my answer sooner, I might recommend it.
