Cheap in every sense

This is NOT dark roast - The box says it is, but it's not. But then again, you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled! I'm donating mine!

Not much flavor

After the first couple of cups I realized I shouldn't have bought that many without knowing I liked the coffee first. It has very little coffee flavor and certainly doesn't have much of a darker roast flavor to me. Not the worst I've ever purchased, but pretty close to it. It was a mistake buying that many at once.

Box Damaged

Several pods were opened due to this. It had to be picked and shipped like this by the look of the outer box. I mean coffee was even spilling out of the closed box. Another Best Buy FAIL!
