Professional installation

Need An Improvement

Geek Squad did not have the correct phone number to call me and let me know they were arriving. I have told Best Buy MANY times the correct phone number. They tell me they cannot change it. This is a poor response. As much as people move due to jobs, the phone numbers will change. Best Buy needs to do a better job of getting the correct phone number for the customer,

Was very satisfied with the service we received.

This time around they got it right

The last rep that came over was awesome and sympathetic to my situation and corrected everything.
