We are very satisfied with the service we got from the Geek Squad. All the technicians have been very professional, friendly and polite. We are also very appreciative of the care we got from the Managers at Best Buy to resolve the problems we had with the 2 Samsung TVs. We have had no problems with the Sony TV that replaced the Samsung and perhaps you can notify Samsung about the problems you have been having with the Samsung TVs.

Justin and his associate from the Geek Squat did an excellent job configuring my home theatre system including new Marantz receiver, Sony TV, and Panasonic Blu-Ray player. He calibrated the the 7.1 surround sound speakers, and programmed the Logitech Harmony Elite remote. He corrected a number of errorssmade by the first Geek Squad installation team and now the system works as it should. I would highly recommend Justin and his associate.

Geek squad is great! Always friendly and does a good job

We really like the OLED TV. It has a gorgeous picture and our sound bar makes everything clear for us to hear. The surround sound is awesome.

Geek Squad is always AWESOME! The only issue is the time it takes to get them out if you need a specific day. If you flexible they can usually get out to you pretty quickly. They are always professional and know a lot about the products.
