Technician was awesome! (Desha). He was very professional and experienced for the install. Made great recommendations where/how to mount wall mount. When TV was discovered to be damaged - he made an extra trip to warehouse and picked up a new one and installed that evening working late with no problem. Top notch technician!!!

We were having problems with our TV and had the geek squad come out to get it to do more than we were using at the time and we did not know how to help with any of the problems we were having. He came right on time, and fixed everything immediately. He explained a lot of things to us and we are now getting our TV to do what we bought it for ! Very nice attitude and thorough.

Love the Geek Squad! Our three TV system was a disaster due to Best Buy not specking out the system correctly. One of the Best Buy guys came to our home to look over TV room and spec out the system. It took three trips by the Geek Squad to finally remedy it. We will continue to buy from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad.

Geek Sqad did a great job installing the new TV. The also showed me how to work the new remote. Very patient and knowledgable.

My TV was replaced on its wall mount and reconnected.

GSP 47" tv works as charm , very happy , as long as you do install with geek Squad

The agents made sure to take note of the position of the prior tv and mounted the new in the exact spot. They tested, and adjusted the picture, along with getting it connected to my internet and downloading my prior apps that were on the old tv. They were very careful in the home and cleaned all packing materials up and hauled away.

They replaced New TV Mounted and set it up .Haul away returning one .

It was put up quickly and level the first time around

Geek Squad did a great job with my install of my projector screen.

The agents were extremely professional throughout their visit. While we were very happy with the very highly rated device we purchased, the picture was not as crystal clear as we knew it could be. We are expecting a visit from Direct TV next week to bring everything into focus.

Knew the TV in and out, plus the in's and out's of our cable system!

The installation went well, and the installers did a fantastic job.

The agent unhooked and removed my old tv and hauled it away. He unboxed the new tv and placed it on the stand. the he hooked up all the devices to it and setup the tv. He did an excellent job.
