The Geek Squad reinstalled my Samsung TV, hooked up my sound bar & showed me the ins & outs on the menu screen. They were professional, polite & very helpful.

Agent came out to fix universal remote . Logitech remote wasn’t working correctly so he fixed the issues rebooting and took the time to explain all the functions and capabilities of the zone 2 in the new receiver to a old retired person . Made things much easier to understand .

Quick and easy. To correct a mistake in the Sony TV I received. Anthony recognized the error. Best Buy made good in sending two Geek Squad members to drop the mounted TV and mount the new one. Quick and easy. Thanks to all.

The Techs disconnected the problem TV and installed the replacement one in a short time then they connected my surround system and then they showed me how it all worked. They were proficient and friendly during the time in my home. I was very pleased with their customer service. They were a good team.

Third Geek Squad service in last 4 months. First two visits were by highly proficient and thorough personnel. This crew, while pleasant, was a notch below the others in skill level and answering questions. They did not allow enough slack in some of the cables to allow the equipment in the credenza to move at all before cables disconnected. I had to try and recable two of the devices after they left. Successful, but not something I wanted to do at my age.

You know these technicians are trained for excellence. They are on time, calculated and precise in doing the job. No mistakes were made. Their workmanship has held up wonderfully. The fact that they were courteous and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy sealed my confidence in this service.

The guys who came out were great and one was in training, but they were excellent workers and worked with us.

Walter is the best. He is friendly and very professional. He’s very knowledgeable and is EXCELLENT at explaining everything you need to know about your TV or whatever product you purchase. This is the second time that I was fortunate to have him as my GEEK SQUAD guru. In the future I will always request him. A million thumbs up!!
