Geek Squad did an awesome job installing this replacement TV.

Unfortunately the Geek Squad could not fix the problem. However they tried Everything……They were very attentive, took a great deal of time and gave me a card so if I have any problems I could get the same person to come back. I greatly appreciate the help and support from the Geek Squad.

The installers did an excellent job; I would recommend them again. The one person has installed 2 TVs in my house and is great.

The Geek Squad came out and swapped out my old Xfinity cable box for the new one that is compatible with my new smart TV.

Love the Geek Squad! They are professional and observe COVID protocalls in the house. These guys were very smart and patient as they showed me how to use my new equipment. This is a great service for those of us that are a bit less tech savy. Highly recommend!

I built & moved into a new home over a year ago & mounting 2 TVs over fireplace mantles was more than I wanted to do myself... The Geek Squad guys did a great job... Neat, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, & patiently explained & showed me all the features... I recommend Best Buy AND their Geek Squad highly!

My installation had several different levels over a couple days. I had a chance to meet multiple different team members as it all came together. All were friendly, considerate, careful, (a during Covid install ) and competent and I could not be more pleased with their efforts.

I say why not every time I do make purchase with Best Buy. Electronic product can go wrong in any second and if you don’t have protection plan like Best Buy offer through geek squad. It would be disaster. I feel protection when I have geek squad. Just like have a car insurance.

The reinstall was better. I guess BB now contracts through a 3rd party vendor and that experience was HORRIBLE. I had to go into the store and demand an authentic BB Geek squad member come out.

Geek Squad never disappoints. Everytime i use them they are on time and very professional. They make sure before they leave that you are completely satisfied and Everything is hooked up how you want it and its working properly.

The TV has been enjoyable as it has a very clear picture. The technicians installed it in a reasonable amount of time.
