Excellent Service

Geek Squad was excellent!!!

Good job on installing my replacement tv.

I have one complaint though that it took months for my replacement to finally go through. Also, expect to be on hold for an hour or more when calling Geek Squad.

Always super good installation!

I ask for Art as he’s been on at least two of the handful of installations I had done. Helps a lot and stays with you to make sure the remote is completely programmed and that all of your questions are answered.

It has helped me twice now and the value of the replaced TV is very fair and the installers are professional and know their job and equipment. Awesome service and staff.

Did a great job with installation

Everything was checked to make sure is was 100% operational and the cable remote was programmed to work with this TV. They Geek Squad took time to make sure I understood operations of different capabilities of this TV.

GEEK Squad swapped out my replacement TV.

They made sure everything was working properly and removed the old TV and cleaned up. Everything was done professionally and timely.
