I am very pleased with engaging Geek squad for installing multiple TVs and their work was neat and very efficient.

The young men who installed my new television were so courteous, polite and helpful in answering our questions. The weather was icy and horrid - they were so careful to cover their shoes which I appreciated!!! If I need their service again I hope to get these guys. Fantastic!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Jonathan (aka Tyler) and Vlad did an outstanding job wall remounting the TV and hooking it up to my other existing devices. They made sure everything worked perfectly. Even as Tyler was getting ready to back out of my driveway, I had a question and he came back into the house to show me how.

The team that delivered my TV was exceptionally fast, clean and efficient. Their professionalism was not what I was expecting and I will say that I'm MUCH more likely to opt for the Geek Squad delivery service in the future. Kudos, gents!

I made the mistake of not measuring the stand to place TV on so had to have wall mounted and the TV tech had one and installed easily. While connecting noticed one of the ports was not working and reported it and I had another TV delivered and installed at no charge

the prices are competetive with the Big Box Stores and the service is far superior. purchased my 65" sony and coulldn't be more thrilled.

Best Buy did what was needed. However there was one guy originally instead of 2. Then after waiting several hours, 2 guys showed but didn’t run everything that was needed so they sent another set of guys a week later. They made emends by some extra work that they didn’t charge for. Everything works great and was completed as per my original request.

The geek squad is very knowledgeable. This is the second TV I’ve had installed. They arrive in a timely fashion, make sure ALL your questions are answered and everything is working properly before they leave. It’s money well spent to have experts advise you to all the functions of your new purchase.

My LG OLED tv was replaced with a Sony 900F which had to be reinstalled by TJ, lead technician for Geek Squad. He was very good and personable taking time to explain and reprogram Harmony remote to the new TV. My wife and I were pleased with his knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Thank you!

Fast and friendly, they showed up when they said and was in and out in no time. reinstalled the sound bar and did a check to make sure it was working and followed up if I had any questions

Anytime I purchase expensive electronic item, I always consider using this service.... they know the products and usually have installed it before, so they typically know what they are doing which makes for a quick and uneventful installation.

The Geek Squad agent who installed my new TV was great. He was very personable, and quite efficient in setting up my new TV.

The Geek Squad Technicians placed my 65 inch TV on the cabinet and connected up to my system. Made sure it was working correctly and showed my how everything worked including the DVD. I highly recommend these Technicians the are excellent and very professional.

Best Buy really cheaped out removing TV install from the Total Tech package. I bought this before included install ended.

Had issues with install of tv & surround sound when Geek Squad installed it but they worked with my to figure it out & it turned out to be the tv thru 2 months & many changes with lots of frustration. They kept at it & finally fixed it. My heroes!!

The agents had to take down and reinstall a replacement TV from above fireplace done a very professional job being sure to not damage wall or mantle reinstalled all wiring hiding a lot better than had been done previously. VERY SATISFIED with their work
