GeekSquad service is worth it. They stand by their warranties. It took some phone calls but in the end my broken TV was assessed and I was able to get a store credit to replace it. They came by and took out the old and mounted the new TV.

Jessie made sure everything was set up perfectly and took the time to make sure my husband and I understood the how to use the features. He was the most knowledgeable and personable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with in the technology experiences I’ve had.

The gentleman who took down our defective TV and replaced it with a new TV did a super job. He was very courteous and careful. He explained the differences in our old and new TVs. He was respectful and followed all COVID-19 guidelines.

I must commend the men from geek squad who came out and installed my 55 inch television. They were very prompt on arrival and quickly installed my television. They took the time to explain the features of the TV. We’re very good in answering all my questions. Enjoy doing business with the geek squad.

The Geek Squad agents were absolutely fabulous! They took great care to hang tv in best possible spot and did a great job of explaining settings on new tv!!

This was a particularly troublesome task as some of the hardware for the additional soundbar was incompatible and prevented it from functioning properly. The Geek Squad took the time necessary to work toward resolving the problem in a friendly manner.

The install was complex as all equipment including cable box, surge suppressor, Roku stick etc. were mounted on the frame behind the tv. All were skillfully removed and reinstalled without issues. The new tv was set up like the the old one. Excellent!

The agent helped set up the streaming service for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude.

Trevor was awesome. Professional, cordial and respectful. He is quite knowledgeable of the product and the home theatre system. Did an awesome job mounting projector and setting everything into focus.

Two Geek Squad personnel were needed to install the wall mount since the TV was a 55" model. They worked efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job of installing the mount and making sure the TV was in exactly the right position for our viewing pleasure!

The Geek Squad came to initially install our new 65 inch TV and all theater components. Unfortunately, we were not prepared with what was needed ( console, etc). Patrick was phenomenal! He returned and made sure that everything was in perfect order. Great guy! Love our new home theater!

We had three TVs set up - with 2 on wall mounts. Two of the systems required complex wiring to deal with the multi-zone sound systems. They also programmed the three universal remotes and set up the gaming products and Apple TVs. Was very impressed with excellent service we got.

The techs were very knowledgeable and tech savvy. They explained everything they were doing and even answered many of my "stupid" questions. They even offered additional help if I needed it by presenting me with their contact information.

The installing agents arrived within the promised time window and efficiently completed installation.
