I don't usually buy protection plans but I'm glad we did for our Samsung tv purchased last year. Lost the screen 13 months after purchase. Best Buy replaced it with same tv, newer model and geek squad came to the house, installed new tv, and carted defective one away, all at no charge.

The guys were on time, answered all my questions, did their job well, and efficiently. Excellent service.

The final young man was able to connect amp, tv, dvd player. Cd player, surround soynd and ALL speakers. The crew rhat came out previously , failed to get it to work correctly. When they left. The amp still haad Initial Setup required.

The Geek Squad arrived right when they said they would. None of the 4-8 hour windows given by so many other services. We made the exchange flawlessly and I mounted it to the wall. They offered to do it but I preferred to do it myself.

The agents set up my TV, programed my remotes, connected my other devices and took the time to explain to me how to use my remote control. Cleaned up after they were finished. Very satisfied with the agents and with best buy.

The Geek Squad did a great job re mounting our new Samsung TV in our family room. They could not mount the tv during there first visit during there first visit due to unplanned work that had to be completed by a qualified electrician. Something that should be considered prior to there arrival which delayed the installation process.

The 2nd crew that came over really helped iron out the use of all my new sound and TV system. They were knowledgeable and very professional.

They installed my new 55" flat screen tv and hooked it up to all my stuff and made sure that I new how to use the new clicker and all its features. They were very courteous and treated me with respect.

My new smart television was delivered and installed by the Geek Squad. They contacted me two times regarding delivery, the second to give me a 15 minute arrival time frame which they kept to. The installation was flawless and their knowledge and set-up was wonderful.

The Geek Squad took our old TV down and installed the new one within minutes. They answered all our questions, cleaned up all packing materials, left the TV box for me to store, and are pleasant to deal with. Thank you Geek Squad, couldn't recommend you enough.
