The agents were excellent in removing my old 77" TV and replacing it with a new Sony 77". They explained the features very good. They even came back several hours later to help me fix a problem I had.

There's definitely nothing negative to say about the geek squad they're always on time they call you ahead of time are friendly professional and they do their job the right way it definitely makes things easier if you let them set up your equipment

After installing extra speakers for my home theater system, I mistakenly changed an input setting and could not figure out what I had done wrong. The geek squad guys came back out and fixed it in about two minutes. Graciously, at no charge. Thank you!

I have an issue with the product, not the installation. The TV and audio are not synchronized and it is very annoying. I have tried contacting the Geek Squad vial online inquiry and by phone to no avail. Not happy.
