This is a replacement TV for one that failed. I usually don't take advantage of an extended warranty, but in this case I did. When the set failed it was just a short time that it was replaced with the newest version. Needless to say I did purchase the Geek Squad again.

One of the Agents did my first install 5 yeats ago, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. Installers came disconnected warranty t.v then installed NEW T.V helped set up as well reconnect My SOUND BAR.

Antonio took care of my problems with expertise and a very pleasant demeanor. He did a lot to overcome the disaster of the previous missed appointment.

All of the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with Linsey my home consultant. She is responsive and gets things done. I could not have accomplished this project without her. Best guidance and advice ever.

The agents unboxed and set up my TV. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the remote, access settings, and make changes. I recommend Geek Squad set up and delivery services.

The agents came and readjusted my receiver settings since my finished basement was being painted and offline for a few weeks. They do fantastic work and did my original install about a month prior.

The Geek Squad came out and did a great job installing and mounting my new Samsung.

Geek Squad always does a great job on the initial install. They completely hooked up my High Quality receiver with a maze of wires with connections to all kinds of peripherals. They also did a great job of programming my Harmony remote to properly run everything. However, eventually things always break or need repair. Years ago, since I paid Best Buy to hook everything up, Best Buy come to the house to dismantle and hook everything back up again after repair / replacement. Not now. Now I am on my own. I had to take a lot of time in a cramped space to do my best to label all wires, unhook myself, send my receiver in for repair (so now I have NOTHING for WEEKS - NO Help From Best Buy), then, whenever it is done, I will have to do my best and "hope" I get all hooked up properly again. If not, I will be paying hundreds of extra dollars to have them hook up their own work again - which I initially already paid to achieve in the first place.

This service is very important to have especially if you don't have the assistance or ability to perform the necessary tasks safely. The agents were courteous , knowledgeable and showed great care with products and my property.

Absolutely love the clarity of the picture on this tv!! Our Geek squad team, Marcus and Terricka are so awesome. They are knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. They were totally respectful to both my husband and I and our home. Just love these two!!

Excellent service. Geek Squad staff inspected our TV and saw that the colors went bad. They approved a replacement being had the 5 year extended plan. I am glad I got this plan.
