On the few occasions I have used Geek Squad I have been extremely impressed with their knowledge, but especially their concern to not only solve any problem, but to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with their work.

No fuss, no mess and no problem. Team removed defective TV, handled all paperwork and even scheduled delivery of replacement TV. Excellent teamwork.

For some products you just have to have a warranty, these guys honor the warranty and it’s a real savior for people. Glad I got this for my 2018 Oled TV. Came thru, with a new 2020 model because mine got burn in.

Agent were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and above all kind.

We ended up purchasing a different extendable mount for our TV and the gentleman that responded to install it was helpful and figured out we could not mount it where we wanted to because of the studs not being at the correct distance apart.

The Geek Squad guy spent lots of time and was very attentive to our needs. The only downside was that he recommended an additional product (a cable) that turned out to be not what was needed for this product. I purchased it, then had to return it when he later determined that it was not what was needed.
