The agent from Geek Squad came here and reprogrammed my LOGI in the family room. There were two, one in training. I learned a little bit about the training process. No wonder you have knowledgeable well trained agents.

Purchased 55” LG TV with extended warranty. TV was not repairable after it lost the picture. Called into the Geek Squad and they upgraded and replaced the TV at no charge. Took additional warranty on new TV. 600.00 savings!

They were on time and just needed to move the TV a bit lower from where they originally mounted it. My wife is picky and had to have it lowered.
