They took their time to explain everything and even show me how to run a feature that I didn’t even know I had from my smart phone

Phillip was also very nice and they were a great team. This was the best service I have ever had with Best Buy Geek Squad.

My guy arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous at best. Would definetly use them on future purchases.

Will always use Geek Squad for future purchases. You rock geek squad!!!
