We have purchased quite a few TV's from Best Buy and had them do the installation. The techs always know what they're doing. They set up everything, then explain how to use all the settings and controls.

Was on time and pleasant. I just wish they would have shown us how to work some of the TV apps.

Service was great, the New TV is giving us problems. It turn off after 5 or 10 minutes. Then I have to turn it back on for it to go off again. Frustrating

to set up my 55" Samsung TV. In another week, I could have learned to go without altogether. Each trip out left something out the the equation that seemed to keep it from working completely. As annoying as the whole process was (let's arrange to be home for an afternoon or morning for at least 2 and more likely 4 hours -- to fix something that damnwell ought not to have broken so completely and so quickly after purchase.Having a Geek Squad warranty is the ONLY way to go though. If I had been paying for those repairs, I'd surely have paid for another TV, and that would have been nuts after so short a period of ownership. Lest this sound altogether negative, the end result was a new TV -- after the squad had run out of repair options. You can bet that I bought a new geek squad policy for the new TV!

The installers did and very thorough and quick job setting up the new TV, reprogramming the Harmony remote and making sure the BOSE sound bar and DVD player worked to perfection.
