The technician hung my TV and got it all setup for us.

I was pleased with the care and service in which the installation and setup was handled.

I had a current TV installed in a different area of my home and it was installed correctly for the most part. However I’m not sure if my HDMI cord was long enough as my TV jumps and flickers out at times. Not sure if it’s my cord or if the Ports were bad on the TV itself.

Great mount. It tilts, slides horizontally while keeping my large 65” tv looking flush on my wall. Easy to install, 2 screws in the studs, heavy duty and fits perfectly with my Samsung un65mu8000 tv‼️

The agent was able to hook up a new headset for our TV and make sure it was connected to all the other devises. Therfore, eveything worked without having to call back.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the TV. All told, with the exception that our old TV die after about 15 months (fortunately we had extended warranty), service has been very good.
