    Nothing to it. Geek Squad came in and replaced our brand new 75" Sony with no problem after having removed it from packaging with a small glitch in the screen panel.

    They came quickly and got it going again. They said we needed a new device and they would put in a request, but it’s been over a month, and we still haven’t heard back. The tv is in our den and it’s makes life difficult when we can’t watch it

    I had the geek squad twice. First to analyze the old tv. They were good. The second person came in and took the old tv and installed the new one in minutes
