First Install was not level so had to go to store since store never answers their phones and setup a follow up appt to fix it. Second time was a good install!

The main purpose of the repair was to have our flat screen TV mount straightened. But, operating the entire unit remains far more complex than anything I’ve seen to date. We don’t use more than half of the functionality which makes this far too inefficient. Secondly, we were not told that someone would be monitoring our use of the TV and linked devices. Imagine my surprise when I received an email insisting a I download an update that I declined earlier because I couldn’t get it to download. Bottom line....whatever team of geniuses designed this seriously didn’t do their homework AND they didn’t include users in assessing their idea.

They are always willing to come out and check your inputs, surround sound, and remotes for maximum efficiency!

The crew did an excellent job of mounting my television high on my wall. Very professional crew, left the work space spotless.
