    The guys set the tv up fast but mounted it off center. The way they tired up the wires made it impossible to center the tv once I realized it was off and they had left.

    GS scheduled an installation for a replacement for our Insiginia TV which is under warranty for Friday 10/3. We never heard from them by email or telephone "when" they would arrive. I contacted GS 3 times by phone and once by Chat and all told me they would be coming. They never came or contacted me at any time. We had prepped for the visit by moving our living room furniture, etc. SO, WHAT GIVES?!
