    Will never use them again. The independent installer that originally did the work was outstanding. He would get a ten in my book. Geek squad was the worst

    BB has the worst customer service of any large company I have ever dealt with. You cannot get a live person on the phone to deal with any deviations from your original order. Held on line for 65 minutes only to be told the prrson could not handle my problem...then got disconnected when they tried to get someone else on the line. Be sure your order is what you want and make no changes or you will be in for a frustrating time.

    Worst experience so far with geek squad. They send unqualified professionals to do work and they don’t know what they are doing. Happend multiple times and when reaching out to customer service, no response. Total waste of money

    2 times so far , first didnt show up at all. Second time they show up and tv has no power cord , no remote, no legs for the tv .

    Horrible Geek Squad service

    I must say, the Geek Squad is usually pretty good, but the clowns I dealt with in my house and on the phone were just awful. It took about a week to resolve after I had to escalate my issue. Amazon takes care of issues immediately, Geek Squad took over a week and I forced the issue. No wonder big box retailers are dropping like flies. I'm still a fan of Best Buy, but I will think twice about paying $500+ for Geek squad protection after this debacle.

    They left the back part crack left nasty finger prints On the TV Left blacks cough marks on the floor and scratch My drawers

    Very dissapointed with how our install was NOT handled. There are many ways to mount today's incredibly light weight large TV's. Our installer would not consider anything other than wood backing. We found someone to mount them by using high grade anchors commonly used for this purpose. There is no way to cancel the install but it worked out because they never showed up on our appointment date anyway.

    missing remote

    The TV and sound bar was installed but after the installers left I could not locate the remote for the sound bar. I have called and text the technician for 4 weeks and there is no resolution and now no response after repeated text's I am owed the remote for the sony sound bar

    Kind of hard to feel good or happy about this service trip when the TV has failed in the last 24 hours!!!!! This will be the second changeout in 60 days!! I am calling for service yet a third time to replace my tv with another 4 hd to match the cone that we were excited about in May....now we are at wits end to even consider going back to Best Buy after 20 years of dedication!!

    Terrible experience. Store managers just brush you off to get you away from them. Two botched installations. Equipment I purchased almost a month ago still not installed

    Purchased ATV for my brother got the warranty hes been waiting 3 weeks for his TV well we might as well say 2 months because they've been notified that long and here he is still sitting without ATV even went through 2 days where they rescheduled

    I had the Tv from March till July it stopped working. It took a month and hours of phone calls to have a new TV delivered. I was given wrong information. It was a horrible time.

    I was told by warranty service personnel that my replacement TV would be removed from box and set up to make sure everything was working but the delivery guys refused.

    The agent did nothing. I explained to him that our tv mount was starting to lean forward. He said it was normal and left. Didn’t last 5 minutes in my house. Probably because he had kid waiting in the van.

    It is hard to write a review for something I never purchased or had installed. I tried to tell the Geek Squad that this item has never been in my house but nobody listens.

    The first tv did not work. To expedite I was informed they would have to purchase a second tv from a different store and then once that was delivered the return would be processed. I am still waiting. It has be 2 months since the initial purchase.

    The first install wasn't complete and it seem as if the in home advisor only want the sale, so I went to the store and exchanged the damage speakers they left in my house and did the install my self and finish the stuff they didn't do, I had a very bad experience.

    I had a 55inch Sunbrite outside tv installed early December. After having to replace tv and multiple visits post installation, I am after now 4 months still waiting for a resolve to original problems. Poor communications and questionable technical knowledge of technicians.

    Ill never darken your doors again. Have no tv manual or remote control. Geek squad would not let me buy the warranty. Cant talk to anyone locally. You suck.
