    Not complete. This is an absolute mess. Please let me know how to get my project complete or please take back everything. I’ve been dealing with this installation since January and I can’t do it anymore.

    Tv remote not connected to cable box

    they tried several times told me I have to just use two remotes. I want to return tv for a tv that will work my cable box. Samsung web site and store sales person said it will work. I have to wait for someone else to come out.

    Geek Squad needs training

    They were not very knowledgeable about the products and they did not solve the problems. I told them that I wanted to get a refund for the geek squad. They came to my home twice and it was very disappointing.

    The Geek Squad did a great job putting in my TV unfortunately I bought it from Best Buy where I would never buy anything from again!!!!

    Disappointing Experience

    Had to have them to the house multiple times (3) to do install that should have been Colette’s on the first attempt. First agent was not very good and therefore had to get the second agent to complete the job.

    Will never use geek squad again they said third party people to install they completely rude and unprofessional hung tv wrong n left surround sound on floor when we paid for it.

    Had to return first TV due to sound problems now problems have just begun with the replacement. Sound gets garbled or totally no sound Time for a service call.
