Geek agents are very rude and I'll mannered and do not respect customers

Never will I use them again rude and unprofessional

I NEVER ORDERED A 48INCH TV.o only bought a 32inch tv.

I recently needed service to re-set my Sony Bravia TV (less than a month old) I've been a total tech member for quite some time because the service is necessary. My physical limitations prevent me from taking a 43-inch TV out of the house. I didn't realize that my coverage for service included a 129.00 service call. I carry the coverage for Geek Squad to avoid costly repairs on items that I own because I have warranty protection as well. Fortunately, the cost was waived because the TV is less. than a month old. I realize the cost and issues that Best Buy must make to continue this service. There should be exceptions to this rule. I realize that it is cost effective to continue my Geek Squad coverage for the electronics that I can bring to the store but knowing this there should be exceptions to my current contract for items that require service. I will say that the technician who arrived was professional, polite, and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. You must consider the cost for people who already have contracts for the service to allow repair.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad's protection plan. I've used it a few times over the years and absolutely recommend it on evey major purchase.

Theses guy are professional at there job.they do a outstanding job they should get a raise review every month ...please best buy do that to retain theses guy or girl thank i highly recommended them.....

The Geek squad installed a Pioneer Elite Receiver, that I exchanged for a Denon that was defective. So far, I am very pleased with the new receiver.

The benefit of having experts such as the Geek squad were very apparent in the installation and linking the system components for seamless operation.

The Geek Squad removed my older wall mounted TV and set up the newly purchased TV with ease. The technician did a great job during the time he was here.

The squad remounted my tv and then made the proper adjustments needed. They were clean, careful and caring. They would not leave until they were sure that I was satisfied with the job. I have been most satisfied with my encounter with the Geek Squad and the way they handle people. They are one of the few places I have encountered in the past few years that service with a smile and want the customer to be satisfied.

This was the 8th time I have called about the back light around my TV!!! The lights kept falling off! They would attach them or leave parts off. The problem I found was the back of my TV is not flat. I cut small wood blocks for this latest service call. They used their tape(for autos). Now one side popped off and will try gorilla tape. I love the lights and they adjust with the screen lights. I usually have good service,yet this experience was unbelievable!
