Once again, the extra money spent on a warranty was well worth it! The Geek Squad staff are always cordial, polite and willing to put forth the extra effort to help find a solution to any problem. My older LG tv died, but under an extended warranty it was still covered. The people on the phone and whom delivered our new tv we’re super friendly and helpful. We will be Best Buy customers first and foremost when looking for any appliances or home entertainment.

The geek squad crew that comes to my house are freaking awesome every time! The 2 guys are always friendly and informative. They had my tv from the box to the wall in minutes. Thanks again for the fantastic service. This is why I always use Geek Squad for all my purchases.

Kody and Blake installed my two new JBL sound bars and subwoofers. They also disconnected my deceased husbands old stereo equipment, including 2 receivers, DVR, CD player. They installed three new surge protectors. Before they left, they made sure I understood how my new sound bars worked. They were polite, efficient, tidy and very nice, professional, young men.

The agents were prompt with their appointment, efficient and patiently helped to make sure I understood how to use my "Smart TV" before they left. When I had a minor problem the young man who had installed the TV was able to give me assistance over the phone which resolved my one issue. Highly recommend them and that anyone purchasing one of these Smart TVs keep Geek Squad insurance/warranty. Worth it.

The delivery guys were amazing. Polite, quick and just great. When they found out my staircase light was out and my husband was unable to get on ladder and replace it, the guys offered to fix it!!!!! We were so happy... With covid we were unable to have anyone in to replace...We were using motion sensor lights to get downstairs!!!!! What a relief to finally have a light. The best ever!!!!!! Thank you.

I've had the Geek Squad out to me house a couple of times lately to install new things. They did a great job of installing my new TVs and setting getting the wifi links for Netflix, etc. up and running. They cleaned up after themselves and did things quickly. Since I had weak wifi they couldn't set me up on one of my TVs, but walked me through the process on the second TV. Once I installed a mesh wifi network I was able to set things up quickly.
