This is the second time I have had Rob install a tv for me and he is the BEST!!!

We are very pleased with Jorge from Geek Squad. Very polite, patient and most of all he did not watch the time he spent on the job. He made sure everything is in perfect working condition. He even waited for me to exchange a cable from Spectrum to be sure my TV will be operating well. Here is the bonus, he even came back after working on another job to ensure I am not having any problem with the wall mount and TV performance. Just a happy customer!

It’s was great they scheduled me on my time and made great adjustments and worked so quick and it looked as it was their before they work fast and very careful and where very respectful and aware of all the little details.

I love being a Total Tech member! I buy appliances and TVs from Best Buy, get an additional 1 year warranty free, and free installation and delivery. What could be better?

Third time was a charm. We bought a very nice Samsung sound bar with bass booster. The first trip we needed and did not have an HDMI cable. Second trip we had sound for about 3 weeks then it quit working. Several weeks later another one of the “geeks” came out. Turns out it was a problem with the cord. Reconnected the system using a different method “ the old old”way and we have been good ever since.

They set everything up & it worked flawlessly! Very helpful, very pleasant, and very professional.

The Two Men was very professional and polite. They got my TV mounted and explain what I need to know and one of the Guys has been to my home over a year a got to help me with my Google nest set up he did a good job then to.

Gabe & David, each called the day before and the day of to confirm. They were unbelievably great guys, extremely professional & very courteous. They were very patient and totally understanding. Made sure the whole system was hooked back correctly and made certain the the TV fitted perfectly on the stand I have. Thank you, gentlemen.

picture quality is very good but volume seems lower than my other samsung.
