If you buy home entertainment equipment, definitely have the Geek Squad install. Well worth it.

Best Buy installed the original TV and set it up to use two devices to start it, one to turn on and the second to choose program if other than what I was last watching. This time they set it up to use only one device but it takes longer to come on and get to the show you want. Why not have a consistent fast way to get the program you want.

The Squad installed my wall mounted TV and connected it to my cable box and BB purchased receiver. However, the connection left me with perfect sound from cable but no center channel sound on streaming services. I called the installer and left msg re: problem but got no response. This was never an issues with my old Q60.

Very good Technicians, they know their business and are very helpful, I can highly recommend their service. They take time to thoroughly explain how to use the equipment they install, and they take all of there empty boxes with them when they go.

The Agent was very helpful in setting up my warranties for both computer and printer. Scheduled appointment for data transfer. Disappointment was that there were no appointments scheduled for the period I was there, there was no customer at the counter and it would have only entailed drop off of old and new computer. The Agent would not book my appointment for that moment and I have to wait almost two weeks for service. A negative customer experience with a team that is usually very supportive, customer focused and flexible to provide immediate support.
