They did a good job of connecting unit and setting it up. The only problems I had was they did not bother to call me prior to coming so I did not know what time they would arrive. They really did not take the time to show us how to use the TV remote and the features on the TV. They could not connect my DVD player and recommended certain wires to obtain to do so, which I did, but could not connect and had to obtain another cord for them to work. When I called, they only suggested I purchase another DVD player.

Why do you require this? We received a damaged sound bar and they came out to install a new sound bar. Your system is bad. I had to pay for a new sound system and my account was credited when it was installed. You operated on my money and I don't like that. I will always remember this when I deal with Best Buy. Not good.

Had wrong TV brand delivered but did not know til 5 mos after delivery when we had to reprogram the remote! Phone customer service needs MUCH improvement but ultimately in store mgr John and delvery from Zack was excellent.and we got what we paid for plus the most upgraded model.

I had been having problems for awhile with my TV and receiver synching up correctly. Through much trial and error it was finally determined to be my remote control. I bought Logitech's Harmony Elite and that solved the problem. The first replacement was bad from the factory, replaced it with another and all things work correctly now. Thanks Geek Squad.

The guys were prompt, experienced and willing to try to make the install as perfect as I wanted it. They installed a very heavy stand for my new 65" OLED TV. Very easy to work with and obviously skilled.

Great guys. Polite, informative, arrived promptly on time, made sure the work was done so as to leave a clean environment. Cleaned up the small mess made by the installation. even showed me how to operate the intricate TV settings and remote after installation. I was so impressed I bought them lunch.

They arrive on time are very careful & neat working in your rooms.. we would recommend this group to anyone they have been helpful with warranty work, with iPad or iPhone problems, or just when you might not know how to do something.

The technician installed my TV and my other components, They were very polite and caring. They explained everything and answered all of my questions like I was there their only customer for that day and made sure I was satisfied. They even took away my old TV!

A contract person was sent out two times, even after I asked not to have the same person because he didn't know what he was doing. When I called back the third time, I got a Geek Squad tech and he determined that the TV was not working so he took it. I had to go back to the store and pick out another TV and a Geek Squad tech came and installed it. This whole porcess took over a month and when I complained to manager, he didn''t even say "sorry for your trouble". Rating for first TV is zero; the second TV works well - 4.
