The Geek Squad took our old TV down and installed the new one within minutes. They answered all our questions, cleaned up all packing materials, left the TV box for me to store, and are pleasant to deal with. Thank you Geek Squad, couldn't recommend you enough.

This is a great thing for big items that you buy from Best Buy and that you can call them on the phone and get help with your items that you need help with

After installing extra speakers for my home theater system, I mistakenly changed an input setting and could not figure out what I had done wrong. The geek squad guys came back out and fixed it in about two minutes. Graciously, at no charge. Thank you!

I have an issue with the product, not the installation. The TV and audio are not synchronized and it is very annoying. I have tried contacting the Geek Squad vial online inquiry and by phone to no avail. Not happy.

He came on time and had all the parts needed (and the T.V.). He worked smoothly and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He gave me some good pointers on running the new T.V. and how to get the best picture.

This visit was to refine reception of various wi-fi apps such as Netflix ,Prime and HBO. THE AGENT DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND EXPLAINED ALL TO ME I am so glad that I have a contract with the Geek Squad.
