The geek squad came in and installed my TV and components. They were nice, thorough, and educational. Very patient with the family trying to learn the system and new remote.

Nothing to it. Geek Squad came in and replaced our brand new 75" Sony with no problem after having removed it from packaging with a small glitch in the screen panel.
